Orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia with Australia Post using Hero Packaging compostable mailers. Postage is a flat rate $10. International shipping currently not available.
Please understand that Pinkpineapple Custom Made is not responsible for any parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged once they have been dispatched to Australia Post, however if this occurs, please get in touch right away so we can help to resolve the issue.
Please get in contact straight away if you wish to get an exchange or credit note for your order. Full refunds will only be given on faulty items, therefore it is essential that you check the size guide to ensure the correct fit before purchase. In some cases, minor alterations will be provided free of charge.
Garments must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, and must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and must be in the condition you received it. The buyer is responsible for postage costs.
Due to the nature of Pinkpineapple Custom Made garments being handmade, and made with vintage fabrics, minor imperfections are part of the intrinsic nature of the garment. Please ensure all garments are gently hand washed, drip dried in the shade, and cared for lovingly.
